FRQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How long does the process normally take?
Answer:
It really depends on the size and condition of the oven or BBQ, but normally between one and a half to two hours.
Why is it important to have my oven or bbq professionally cleaned?
Answer:
When one is dealing with food we can never be too careful. With the vast amounts of chemicals available to almost anyone it is unwise to just slap it on and hope that the residue left will not taint the food or worse cause illness in those that eat from the oven or BBQ

What should we do after each cook up?
Answer:
The best thing is to scrape or brush excess mess off the plates and/or grills then whilst the BBQ is still warm spray cooking surfaces with canola oil and remove excess with a paper towel. This will help prevent a build-up of grime and also assist in preventing rust.
Any excess fat should be wiped off hooded BBQ’s with a paper towel.
Answer:
This really depends on the usage of the appliance.
For moderate usage we would recommend at least one clean per year
For heavier usage, two to three times per year.
